By downloading, installing, or using the VoiceFlow application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
VoiceFlow is an AI-powered Android keyboard that allows you to:

The App requires a Google account and an internet connection for sign-in, voice dictation, AI features, and subscription verification. A subscription or credit balance may be required for some features.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Important: Laws regarding recording conversations vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws regarding consent for recording. We are not liable for your violation of recording laws.
VoiceFlow processes your data through cloud infrastructure and AI service providers to provide voice dictation and AI writing features. Your audio, text, and account information are processed by third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App or through our public deletion page. Deleting your VoiceFlow account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription.
Some features require a subscription or credit balance. Subscriptions and credit top-ups are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment is handled by Google; VoiceFlow does not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account details.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Credits are consumed when you use AI features such as voice dictation or AI writing. Credits are non-transferable and expire according to the terms of your subscription or purchase.
AI-generated transcriptions, rewrites, and compositions may contain errors or inaccuracies. They should not be relied upon for critical decisions and are provided for convenience only.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it. You assume all risk and responsibility for content generated by the App and inserted into third-party applications.
You can report AI-generated content that is harmful, inaccurate, or inappropriate by long-pressing the result text in the keyboard or tapping "Report AI output" in the floating bubble. Reports are sent to our support team via email and retained for up to 90 days for review, then deleted.
The App, including its design, code, functionality, and trademarks, is owned by Binod Swain and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your voice recordings, transcripts, and content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the App's features as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. Cloud services may experience outages, maintenance, or rate limiting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Binod Swain from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of recording laws.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or by deleting your account through the App or our deletion page.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and revising the effective date. Your continued use of the App after such posting constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us to seek informal resolution of any concerns.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
